PANCAKES
Hello day readers!
Ive been craving for pancakes for days!
Been going to McD for their pancakes set.. However, I realised its a waste of money to spend about SGD$5.00 for pancakes set..
If i have it continuously for 4 days. It would cost me SGD$20.00!
Thats a lot!!
Therefore, i decided to MAKE MY OWN PANCAKE!!!
There are countless ways to eat your pancakes. Savory or sweet? THERE IS NO WRONG ANSWER~
For lazy people like me.. I bought the pancake mix!! (HEHE)
Pictures before I added toppings
Mix the pancake mix with ALMOND MILK!!
(I put almond milk because I do not like dairy milk ( Dairy milk may cause acne...you may read my previous post to find out how to make chia pudding with almond milk...)
Add a little oil on the pan, and start heating it.
Then, pour the mixture into the pan.
Turn the mixture (pancake) when you see bubbles forming in the middle and at the side..
(make sure its easy to flip and keep the fire low~ to prveent burning the pancake)
Heat the other side of the pancake for about 50seconds to 1 min with low heat.
Once done, add some maple syrup/ nuttella or any of your favourite toppings!
Serve and eat! YAY
It took me 10-minutes to complete all these steps! (YAY!)
Please leave a comment if you have made your own pancakes !

CHIA SEED PUDDING
As my Skin has gradually getting better.. YAY to no more acne and pimplesss
I start to take note of what I eat, What I put on my face, what I do..etc basically I take note of my daily lifestyle and eating habits.
It really helps my skin improve day by day..
Acne AFFECTS SELF ESTEEM AND IMAGE.
Think about it.. Acne can affect more than just skin... First impressions are always important because, generally, you’re judged by a new person according to how you look. If you’re well-dressed, then you must be organized, neat and someone respectable.
Therefore, i start to take note of my daily lifestyle and diet.
Ill share with you more about prevention acne 101 tips soon! please stay tune~
My main objective for todayy post is to share with YOU A RECIPE......
CHIA SEED PUDDING

(picture from https://veeg.co/berry-vanilla-chia-seed-pudding/)
Do you know..??
Chia seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium. A 28-gram, or 1-ounce, serving of chia seeds also contains 5.6 grams of protein. Mixed with water, they can replace egg in vegan cooking!!! WOW
Omega 3 is very important for all of us especially people who are prone to acne..
Omega-3s may moisturize the skin and fight red, dry, or itchy skin caused by skin disorders like atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. That's because omega-3s appear to improve skin barrier function, sealing in moisture and keeping out irritants!!!
MY CHIA SEED PUDDING SECRET RECIPE :
Ingredients:
1) Milk ( people who are prone to acnes, i will advice not to use dairy products!! you can replace it with.... almond milk!! (My favourite)
OR
- regular dairy milk
- oat milk
- soy milk
- coconut milk
- hemp milk
- hazelnut milk
2) Chia seeds
3) berries / crunches (topping purposes)
Pour 1 cup of milk and 3 big tablespoons of chia seeds into a cup.
MIX!!!
Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.. best if you decide to refrigerate overnight, for better chia seed absorption...
HEALTHY HEALTHY SNACKS :)
you can google for chia seed pudding to find different ingredients needed to make your chia seed taste sweetner..
The recipe I shown above are the most basic chia seed healthy pudding....

PRESSED FLOWERS
Two weeks ago, I've received a beautiful bouquet from Floral Garage!
My muffin (this is how i call my boyfee) delivered the bouquet to my place :)
Receiving a bouquet of flowers is always a lovely surprise...
As our flowers age, we cold only think of discarding it...
Why not preserve the sentimental essence of the gift of fauna?
To preserve your beautiful blooms, as well as those special memories, try flower pressing <3
Pressing flower is a wonderful way to mark an occasion (Vday from boyfee) and keep a decorative reminder of a loved one.. It is also an opportunity to watch the fascinating drying process as we see th fresh flowers completely transform and shrink...
Before:
Look at the flowers (roses)! SO BIG, BRIGHT and BEAUTIFUL.....
Next, I Hang it upside down :)
Remember to remove any unwanted leaves and lay flat on parchment paper.
RESULT
So how I did it?
1) Start by picking out a handful of flowers.
2)You need the flowers to be as dry as possible before you get started. Pat them down on a paper towel if there is dew on the leaves. Then, place the flowers on a piece of parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top. Now, sandwich that between two paper towels or pieces of cloth.
3) Turn off the steam function on your iron and set it to medium-high heat. Iron the flowers by pressing the iron on them for about ten seconds. Continue to iron them at ten to fifteen second intervals for about three minutes. You don’t want to iron these flowers like you would a t-shirt, instead you want to lift and press. The amount of time depends on each flower.
4) Iron the flowers until they are completely dry.
Let cool and then you are ready to craft!
The whole process took me about 1 hour as a beginner (first time try-er)
so YAY!
Leave a comment below if you have also done flower pressing :) Share with me other methods too~ <3
